CCSAA has partnered with the National Learn to Ski and Snowboard (LSSM) program in place of Winter Trails.  LSSM has a national marketing and PR program and has support from all of the State Ski Area Associations.

From a CCSAA Member standpoint, this is a far easier program to be part of.  With your CCSAA Membership, every ski area is automatically enrolled and will appear on the LSSM Nordic Listings page.

As a participating member, you are welcome to create your own learn to package or work with your state association to join their efforts.

We ask that you keep a database of name, email and zip cope of all those that participated and provide that to CCSAA at the end of the season so we can survey them to learn about their experience, how they heard about the program and if they participated again after the LSSM experience.  This will be crucial data for us to gain valuble insight into how to make the program more successful in the future.

Info on the marketing efforts of LSSM from last year may be found here:  2017-18 LSSM Infographic.

Submit Special Offers

You can submit general Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month offers, Bring a Friend offers and Learn to Ski or Snowboard DAY (Jan 11) offers – all three or just one. You decide.

We will post your offers in the “Special Programs” section. We also will promote your offers through our social media tools and PR outreach. It is up to you to determine your offer(s). In the past, most January newcomer offers typically involve a beginner lift ticket, lesson, and rentals package.  Sign up here.
Track Your Numbers
CCSAA and LSSM are tracking the success of this program.  Please record the number of new lessons and packages you sell as a direct result of LSSM.  Please also track any additional sales as a result of LSSM.  Did someone come back again, did they purchase a package, additional lessons, etc.
