Jackson XC, NH – 2025
Oct 28 — Grooming & Snowmaking Workshops
5pm — Social & Evening Activities
Oct 29 — Sessions & Vendor Expo
The CCSAA 2025 Fall Conference will be hosted by the Jackson XC in Jackson, NH. The Conference will be a 2 day event with snowmaking and grooming workshops and socials on day 1 followed by presentations, breakouts and a vendor expo on day 2.
The Fall Conference is an incredible opportunity for owners, operators, and suppliers from across North America to connect, learn, and share knowledge. Attendees will benefit from engaging educational sessions, live grooming demonstrations, and vibrant social events. Networking remains a cornerstone of CCSAA conferences, and this year’s event will be no exception—offering exceptional value.
With its prime location in the heart of the White Mountains, Jackson XC provides the perfect backdrop for this event, complemented by the convenience of on-site accommodations at the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa.
The primary benefit of the CCSAA conference is having time to talk with other industry professionals! The information gleaned from the presentations is fantastic, but secondary to having time to focus on detailed discussions with folks that are doing the same thing I am every day.
Day 1 - Tue
Snowmaking and Grooming Workshop
1:30pm – Jackson XC Shop Tour – We’ll meet at the Garage behind the Eagle Mountain House where the Jackson XC shop is located to take a look at the groomers (outside) and an interior look at their maintenance facility. 2:30pm – Snowmaking Workshop – Following the shop tour, we will drive (.7 miles) to the Jackson XC Center, walk the 3K snowmaking look looking at the equipment and layout to keep the system running. Learn about their startup plan and the modifications they have made over the 2 years of operation.

Social Events, Dinner and Networking
For years, Conference attendees have agreed that time spent together on the trails, over lunch or at a social event is one of the most important elements of the Conferences. Please join us at 5 pm after the Snowmaking and Grooming Workshops for happy hour.
Following happy hour, there will be an optional Italian Buffet dinner at the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa for all interested. The cost will be $39/person ++. Details on reserving a spot will be coming shortly.
It will not only be great fun but will allow attendees to have that time over a drink build those critical relationships. Details to come.
Silent Auction
We will again have a silent auction as part of the Fall Conference. If you have an item or service, please contact Reese for information on getting it listed.
Please remember to bid high and often as your silent auction dollars help CCSAA continue to work for you, the members.
