My number one reason for attending the Conference is to network with people, with cross country ski industry real people.  Our town, and our area are very tiny and sometimes it feels like I’m in this “crazy world” all by myself.  It’s so great to discuss, find folks with the same issues, maybe solve some problems!  But, the people connections, the conversations, and turning our industry into a small family for a few days, is the absolute major benefit.

Getting to Park City

Salt Lake City International Airport is your only air option to getting to Park City, but it has connections to all the major US West Coast airports plus Honolulu. It’s a hub for Delta Airlines, so that’s probably where you’ll find the most convenient schedules. Southwest also flies there and is generally cheaper, but with fewer direct flights and some occasionally bizarre routing. It is exceedingly rare to see weather-induced interruptions in Salt Lake.

Social Events

For years, Conference attendees have agreed that time spent together on the trails, over lunch or at a social event is one of the most important elements of the Conferences.  PistenBully will be sponsoring a series of social events at the Conference this year that will not only be great fun but will allow attendees to have that time over a drink build those critical relationships.  Details to come.
