    Yep, housing is a perpetual problem. I’ve thought about a yurt village which has seasonal potential, or tiny houses, but there are still capital issues + water/power/sewer, permitting, maintenance… and of course land. Might explore coop possibilities within communities, with summer rentals of yurts/tiny houses.

    Model snowcats would probably sell well and not take up a lot of space. Lego has a couple of versions, plus there are diecast scale model versions from a number of sources. Nice margin.

    Great idea. Might check with ABR Trails in Michigan to see if CCSAA can coordinate. They’ve often run January clinics.
